App Inspiration
This tool was inspired by my experience as a Talent Leader and the friction I experienced when trying to prepare blind resume screening. The previous ATS systems I worked with did not have redaction built in, so I had to do tedious manual redaction line-by-line. This tool automates profile and education redaction, removing the manual burden and dramatically speeding up the process.

This upcoming addition is intended to improve the flow of the redaction process, by allowing the ATS to plug-in and utilize the redaction features for free!
Batch RedactionThis upcoming feature will take the redaction tool to the next level, by allowing the recruiter to batch redact! There are typically a few resumes that are part of the screening process, so being able to redact all at once will shave off a lot of time from the day-to-day recruitment process.
